Dina C. Smith joined Nourse Insurance Brokers in 1983 after attending Chico State University. She earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation and is instrumental in the agency's ongoing education efforts. In 2001, Smith and Jim B. Salisbury purchased Nourse Insurance Brokers.

Jim B. Salisbury
Jim B. Salisbury graduated from University of California at Davis. He worked for SAFECO and earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation before joining Nourse in 1991. In 2001, Salisbury purchased Nourse Insurance Brokers with Dina C. Smith.

Jim E. Campana
Jim Campana graduated from San Francisco State University in 1958. He started in the insurance field as a Workers' Compensation and Liability specialist with Fireman's Fund. Campana joined Nourse Insurance Brokers in 1966 and purchased the agency from Richard Nourse in 1974.

Jim H. Salisbury
Jim H. Salisbury graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1960. Seven years later, he founded his own agency and earned Chartered Life Underwriter designation. In 1977, Salisbury merged his agency with Nourse Insurance Brokers.
